Hydropad Modular Wash Pad
Features 20’x8’ modular sections that bolt together to create wash pad areas up to 40’x120’. Designed for heavy industrial use, the system is available with 8’ walls on up to three sides, along with ramps on open sides for easy equipment access. Patented side gutters allow water and solids to be shoveled or flushed out while the system remains in use, helping maintain efficiency on active job sites. Built with durability in mind, the wash pad is rated to hold up to 16 tons per axle and includes 4” cam lock outlets that easily connect to pumps, sumps, or water reclaim and recycling systems.
Roll-Off Wash Pad
The Roll-Off Wash Pad unfolds hydraulically to create an 18’x22’ wash area with no bolts or assembly required, allowing for quick setup and easy transport using a standard roll-off truck or trailer. Available with 6’ walls and ramps, the system is designed for efficiency and heavy-duty industrial use. Its grated top allows water and muck to fall directly through, helping keep operators out of standing mud while washing equipment. With a 2,000-gallon holding capacity, the wash pad can operate without additional pumps or tanks, while still offering easy connection to pumps, sumps, or water reclaim and recycling systems when needed. Built tough for heavy construction equipment, multiple roll-off wash pads can also be linked together to create a larger single wash area.
Folding Wash Trailer
The fully self-contained semi trailer wash system unfolds hydraulically to create a 30’x30’ wash containment pad designed for demanding industrial environments. Available with 6’ walls and ramps, the system is easy to transport and quick to set up on-site. Its grated top surface keeps equipment and workers elevated above wastewater during washing, helping maintain cleaner and safer working conditions. With a 6,000-gallon holding capacity and heavy-duty construction built for large equipment, the system is made to withstand tough job site use. It also easily connects to pumps, sumps, or water reclaim and recycling systems for added operational efficiency.
