About Us

 

We started our company to provide portable wash containment systems to companies who needed a durable but portable place to wash equipment during a plant turnaround. Building a concrete wash pad is time consuming, expensive, and permanent.  While rubber mats are cheap and portable, they are also messy, slippery to work on, and flimsy.  We were able to provide a heavy duty custom containment solution that was quick to transport and install, and we simply moved it out of the way when they were finished washing and hydroblasting.

We offer three portable wash pad systems to meet your primary and secondary containment needs:

 

 


 

NEW Greenhead Folding Wash Trailer:

  • Fully self-contained semi trailer unfolds using hydraulics to form a 30’x30’ wash containment pad

  • Available with or without walls and ramps

  • Our easiest wash pad to transport and setup 

  • Grated top surface keeps equipment and workers up out of the waste water while washing

  • 6,000 gallon holding capacity

  • Also great for secondary containment

  • Built very tough with heavy construction equipment in mind

  • Can be connected to water reclaim system

  • Patent pending 

 

 
 

Greenhead Roll-off Wash Pad:

  • Folding roll-off pad forms a 17’x22’ wash pad with no bolts or assembly required

  • Available with or without walls and ramps

  • Our easiest wash pad to transport and setup

  • Water and muck fall directly through the floor so no standing in mud while washing

  • Can be used without additional pumps or tanks thanks to its holding capacity of 2,000 gallons

  • Also great for secondary containment

  • Built very tough with heavy construction equipment in mind

  • Can be connected to water reclaim system

  • Patent pending

  • Modular wash pad system sized from 8’x20’ to 40’x96’

  • Available with or without walls and ramps

  • Patented side gutter allow water and muck to shoveled or flushed out while still in use

  • Very durable and can be relocated

  • Rated to hold 16 tons per axle

  • Can be connected to water reclaim system
